At Growproin, we strive to maintain transparency and user satisfaction. Please review our refund guidelines:

1. No Refunds on Certified Attempts

Once a user clears the certification test and payment is made, no refund shall be provided as the certificate generation is automated.

2. Multiple Test Attempts

If a user scores below 70% and pays before completing the test successfully, the amount may be adjusted for a second attempt upon request.

3. Technical Issues

If payment is made but the form fails to submit due to technical errors (server errors, submission failures), users can write to us at connect@growproin.com for a resolution or retry link.

4. Request Timeline

Refund/adjustment requests must be raised within 5 working days from the date of transaction.
